JAN ERP V3.8.2 — Daily Action Payout Fix

This patch corrects the Dashboard Daily Action Center payout logic.

• Overdue Payouts now count delivered/invoiced customer balances whose payout date is before today.
• Payouts Due Today now include completed/delivered orders and show the unpaid amount due today.
• Fully paid, cancelled and void invoices are excluded automatically.
• The payout date uses the Sales Order payout date, with invoice due date as fallback.

No database upgrade is required. Upload this ZIP to the ERP web root, extract, and overwrite index.php.
