UI and order-entry refinement update. No database migration required.

• New Order modal now uses nearly full browser width and a correctly scrollable body so totals and buttons remain accessible.
• Order Item quantity/buy/sell inputs have fixed readable widths; financial values no longer hide inside narrow columns.
• Full New Sales Order and Edit Sales Order screens receive the same readable order-item grid.
• Payout Date auto-calculates from Order Date + the selected company credit period. It recalculates when company or order date changes.
• Server-side fallback also calculates payout date if a request arrives without one.
• Agreement Renewals now moves automatically as a continuous marquee; hover pauses it.

Upload to /home2/doctorlabs/public_html/jan.doctorlabs.in, extract and overwrite. Then hard refresh the browser.
